For the fourth year in a row, Classical Conversations, Inc., has been honored as a Certified Best Christian Workplace by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute. The certification is in response to a survey of CC employees by BCWI.
Best Christian Workplaces Institute honored 89 organizations, churches, and Christian-led businesses Monday as “Certified Best Christian Workplaces” from January–June 2019. Well-known honorees, in addition to Classical Conversations, include The Salvation Army, The Navigators, WinShape Foundation (Chick-fil-A), C12, RightNow Media and Summit Ministries.
Classical Conversations was one of just three businesses to receive the certification in the Products & Services category.
“This is a great honor for CC,” said its CEO Robert Bortins, “and not many Christian organizations have received this recognition four years in a row. It shows that CC works very hard to provide a positive, rewarding work experience for its employees, is responsive to the needs of its employees, and that CC’s employees have bought in to our mission.”
Since 2016, CC has received the certification in three different categories: Products & Services, Christian-owned Businesses, and Christian Schools.
This survey is the most widely used Christian-based employee engagement survey and provides anonymous feedback that can help Christian businesses make their culture healthier.
